● Send us a picture, if you'd like something exact or if you are ordering a logo, or business logo. Please don't just write what you want if you want something exact and expect us to get it right. Please know, we would need a picture from you to make something exact.
● If needing a flag, please supply us with the name of the Country, State or Photo of flag.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE SMALL LETTERING ON YOUR IMAGE, WE RECOMMEND ORDERING EITHER THE 16MM OR THE 20MM. IF YOU ORDER THE 14MM YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO READ IT CLEARLY OR READ IT AT ALL. AND DEPENDING ON HOW SMALL IT IS, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO READ IT CLEARLY ON THE 16MM EITHER. PLEASE JUST KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN ORDERING.

We do not know the name of every school and college. So please give us as much info as possible. We just don't know. The more information, the better. We wouldn't want to make you the wrong charm.
For flags, let us know the country, the state, or send us a picture for custom flags.
For all business logos, please send us a picture.
We need all of the above information to make you the charm you want. If you don't provide all of the above information and a mistake is made we can not be held at fault.

As you can imagine, there may be more than one representation of what it is you are requesting. So if you are looking for a specific image, please note this when placing your order, and then send us a photo of that image via etsy messages within 24 hours. This way you will get exactly what you are looking for.

And although you may see an image pictured in this listing of what you are looking for, we may not give you that same image. If sending an image or images, we do need you to provide us with the image or images within 24 hours of placing your order. And this is because we have to meet the ship date you were given when placing your order. And these charms take about 3 or more days to make because the adhesives used need 24 to 36 hours to thoroughly dry. So we need to begin making your charm or charms as soon as possible to meet that ship date!

Please be aware because this is a custom order, it is non exchangeable or non refundable.
